OPD Pilot is an AI-powered OPD management system built and operated by Amvin Digital. In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Amvin Digital, and "you" refers to the person or organisation using the Service.

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for ensuring that anyone who accesses the Service through your account or organisation complies with these Terms.
- You must provide accurate information when requesting a demo, creating an account, or contacting us.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials issued to you.
- You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

4. Subscriptions & fees
Access to the OPD Pilot platform may be provided under a separate subscription or service agreement between you (or your organisation) and Amvin Digital. Any fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be set out in that agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Customer & patient data
Where OPD Pilot processes operational or patient data on behalf of a clinic or hospital, that data remains the property of the respective clinic or hospital and is handled strictly in accordance with our agreements with them and our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents for any data you or your organisation provides to the Service.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by Amvin Digital and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service — only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it as permitted here.
7. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party products (for example, messaging, calendar, or payment providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amvin Digital disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
